Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders €30 and above to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden and Aland Islands.
All other orders incur shipping costs based on the carrier, service, and items ordered.
Orders with delivery addresses in US should be placed on our US website (goodgoodbrand.com). Orders with delivery addresses in Canada should be placed on our Canadian website (ca.goodgoodbrand.com). Orders with delivery addresses in the UK should be placed on our UK website (uk.goodgoodbrand.com).
Online ordering is currently unavailable in other regions, although our products may be found at select retailers in these regions (check our Store Locator for specific locations).
Returns
To ensure food safety, we do not accept product returns.
If items are damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement. If this is the case with your order, please contact us via live chat or email us at support@goodgoodbrand.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will notify you once a replacement shipment has been sent.
If you would prefer not to receive a replacement and are not satisfied with your order, please send us a message and our team will assess your order and determine whether a refund is applicable.
