Is GOOD GOOD Sugar-Free?

Our Jams, Spreads, Syrups and Natural Sweeteners are Gluten-free. Our bars do contain Gluten, but we are always working to find ways to create without Gluten.

Are GOOD GOOD products vegetarian or vegan friendly?

Our Jams, Syrups and Natural Sweeteners are made with plant-based ingredients and are suitable for vegetarians. Please note our Choco Hazel spread is not suitable for vegans.

Our Keto Krunchy bars and Pancake and Waffle mix currently contain ingredients not suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Do any of your products have added sugar?

None of our products contain added sugar. We only us natural sweeteners, such as stevia and erythritol, in our products.

Are GOOD GOOD products NON-GMO verified?

Our jams are Non-GMO verified.

We are currently submitting to have all of our products Non-GMO verified.

Do GOOD GOOD products use Palm Oil in any of your products?

To provide consistent texture and richness in our Choco Hazel spread we must utilize Sustainable Palm Oil.

Sustainable Palm oil has a lower impact on biodiversity, the environment, and human rights standards.

Are GOOD GOOD products tested on animals?

Our products are never tested on animals.

What Food Safety certifications does GOOD GOOD have?

Our products are BRC certified and are continually audited by 3rd party organization.

How do you handle Allergens?

GOOD GOOD allergens are listed directly on our labels. Although a product may not contain a specific allergen, our products are manufactured in facilities that could process nuts, dairy, wheat and soy.

If you have any concerns please consult your healthcare provider before consuming any of our products.

What does the best before date mean?

The “best before” date lets you know by what date you can enjoy our products at its prime flavour and quality.


What are natural sweeteners?

Natural sweeteners are sweeteners that originate from nature. Unlike artificial sweeteners, these are chemical-free sweeteners.

What is Erythritol?

Erythritol occurs naturally in a variety of fruits and vegetables. It can also be made through a fermentation process. It is used as a zero-calorie sweetener to assist people to replace calories from carbohydrates and sugars.

What is the source of your erythritol?

The source of our erythritol is Non-GMO corn.

What is Stevia?

Stevia rebaudiana comes from plant leaves found in South America. Those plant leaves are processed to produce the sugar-like substance we call Stevia.

What is Isomalto-Oligosaccharide?

Isomalto-oligosaccharides (IMO) is a prebiotic high fibre, low-calorie carbohydrate source that is used as a functional food and prebiotic fibre sweetener. You can find IMO in many GOOD GOOD products

Where do you source your ingredients from?

GOOD GOOD sources the best ingredients from all around the world through BRCs certified suppliers.

How do you calculate net carbs?

GOOD GOOD uses the following formula to calculate the net carbs in our products:

EU/UK: Carbohydrates – Polyols (sugar alcohols) = Net Carbs

USA/CA: Carbohydrates – Polyols (sugar alcohols) - Fibre = Net Carbs

Where can I find nutritional information from your products?

You can find the nutritional and ingredient information on our website. Please also refer to the product label on the back of our products for the ingredients, nutritional and allergen information.


How should GOOD GOOD Products be stored?

Keeping the products in a cool and dry place, away from direct light is recommended

Which of your products need to be refrigerated after opening?

The jams must be refrigerated after opening and consumed within 2 to 4 weeks.

Our jams do not last as long compared to regular high-sugar jams because the sugar in them also acts as a preservative. Other Good Good products are safe to store at room temperature after opening but in a cool dry place.

Is GOOD GOOD Packaging recyclable?

We strive to use packaging that promotes a sustainable culture across our entire consumer product line. We promote the use of recycled and reusable packaging.

All our packaging is therefore recyclable.

Shipping and Order Information

Where does my order ship from?

Our products are widely available in Europe and North America, where all of our products are shipped via our distributors and through our warehouses in Tilburg, Netherlands, Liverpool UK, Ontario, CA, Ashland, VA and Phoenix AZ, USA. Hence we can offer world-wide shipping from both the Netherlands and USA.

Can I cancel or change the order once placed?

We are unable to guarantee requests for changes or cancellations once you submit your order on the website. To ensure a timely arrival, our system immediately processes your order for shipment.

How long until I receive my order?

Your order may take up to 1-5 business days to arrive after it has shipped. Unfortunately, It may take longer at times due to issues we have no control over.

What do I do if the order says delivered, but I don’t have it?

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they deliver. If this is the case, we usually see packages be delivered within 48 hours. Do I have to pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders $50/£40/€30 and above to all US, UK, EU and Canadian provinces (except Nunavut). All other orders incur shipping costs based on the carrier, service, and quantity of items ordered.
