Ingredients:
- ½ cup Apricot Jam
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 ½ tablespoons Sweet Like Sugar, or to taste
- ½ cup unsweetened full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup ice
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
- ½ apricot, sliced (optional)
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
Step 1: Place all of the ingredients except the sliced apricot and cinnamon in a blender and blend until smooth.Step 2: Pour in a glass and top with the sliced apricot and cinnamon, if using.
