- 50 gr of butter
- 100 gr of Sweet Like Syrup
- 3 dl of cream
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Step 1: Heat up the butter and the syrup on a pan on medium heat.
Step 2: Mix it well together until the mixture start to get that golden caramel colour.
Step 3: Then add the cream and lower the heat.
Step 4: Leave the caramel on the lower heat for 20 - 30 minutes put keep a close eye on it.
Step 5: Once it is ready you can pour it onto a tray or in some container and then add the sea salt. You can put the caramel in the freezer or the fridge.
